Chess
Are you familiar with lichess.org? It's a great free and non-profit chess website, without any advertisement. You can create a free account there.
A good way to try to improve, is to play online rapid or blitz games. With a push of a button, lichess provides you with a game analysis afterwards. It can even present moments where you went wrong as a quiz to you, asking you what would have been a better move.
If you play enough rated games, you'll receive a pretty representative online lichess rating (without a question mark). This will also help you play more interesting games, against opponents of a similar level.
Another great way to improve is to solve puzzles on lichess. If you are logged in with your account, lichess keeps track of your progress. The level of the puzzles will adapt to your level of solving. The puzzles come from real games which were played on the platform and where a player missed a golden opportunity to decide the game there and then. The question is always simply: "what is the best move?"
If you want to keep informed about this new and exciting hybrid sport: chadel, then join the online chadel community on lichess.
Padel
These days, there are many padel teachers offering lessons. Some padel teachers also offer so-called "levelling sessions". During such a session, they test your skills, so that at the end, they can provide you with a more realistic rating, such as a Playtomic-level. This can help you get more interesting games with players of your own level. It will also help you to provide us with a more accurate estimation of your padel level.
