Please indicate (if available): FIDE standard (or rapid or blitz), otherwise a national rating (such as KNSB, if not already indicated in the form), otherwise lichess or chess.com (if available with some level of confidence).

For Dutch padel players, please indicate your KNLTB padel rating, if representative. If not available, any other rating that is available with some level of confidence: Playtomic / Peakz Padel / ...
